Do you need raw emails or message content?
No. Send pseudonymous identifiers and action metadata. Emails and message content are not required.
Do you need IP addresses?
IP-address requirements are not specified in the public SDK reference yet. Contact us to confirm the requirements for your integration.
Where is data processed?
In the European Union, including AI-assisted analysis. See subprocessors.
Is data used for model training?
Contact us for the applicable provider and contractual terms. We do not make a public training-use claim here.
How do we request deletion?
Email hello@puppetwatch.com with your project reference to request deletion and the applicable process.
How do we control automatic actions?
Set the restrictions allowed for each application action. Start in monitor-only mode before enabling enforcement. The review and reversal workflow will be documented when live.
Can we get a DPA?
